【app開發(fā)】蘋果更新App Store審核指南 要求開發(fā)者公布開箱道具掉率

近日，蘋果公司又一次更新了 App Store 審核指南，相比前幾次零碎地修改，本次更新對之前的指南進(jìn)行了完善，對應(yīng)用的設(shè)計、權(quán)限等方面做出了更嚴(yán)格的限制。更新的內(nèi)容主要包括預(yù)購、“開箱”概率、訂閱、ICO、金融產(chǎn)品、模板 App 和 VPN App 等幾個方面。
以下是對這次更新的變動細(xì)節(jié)進(jìn)行翻譯：
1. 在開頭 Introduction 部分新增一句聲明
We strongly support all points of view being represented on the App Store, as long as the apps are respectful to users with differing opinions and the quality of the app experience is great.
只要 App 對用戶們的不同的觀點(diǎn)是尊重的，并且有良好的用戶體驗(yàn)，我們支持所有在 App Store 上發(fā)表的觀點(diǎn)。
2. 條款 2.3 Accurate Metadata(準(zhǔn)確的元數(shù)據(jù))中新增了一條關(guān)于預(yù)購細(xì)則 2.3.11
2.3.11 you submit for pre-order on the App Store must be complete and deliverable as submitted. Ensure that the app you ultimately release is not materially different from what you advertise while the app is in a pre-order state. If you make material changes to the app (e.g. change business models), you should restart your pre-order sales.
2.3.11 你在 App Store 上提交的預(yù)購必須是完整且可交付的。確保你最終發(fā)布的 App 與預(yù)購時所宣傳的 App 沒有實(shí)質(zhì)性差異。如果你更改了你的元數(shù)據(jù)(比如商業(yè)模式)，那么你家就要重新啟動預(yù)購。

3. 條款 3.1.1 In-App Purchase(內(nèi)購)中新增了一條關(guān)于“告知開箱幾率”的要求
Apps offering “l(fā)oot boxes” or other mechanisms that provide randomized virtual items for purchase must disclose the odds of receiving each type of item to customers prior to purchase.
App 提供“開箱”或其他有概率獲得物品機(jī)制時，必須在用戶購買之前告知每個項(xiàng)目的獲取概率。
4. 條款 3.1.2 Subscriptions(訂閱)中有兩項(xiàng)改動
(1)新增了「訂閱內(nèi)容可在用戶所有設(shè)備使用」的說明
Subscriptions must work on all of the user’s devices where the app is available. Learn more about sharing a subscription across your apps.
訂閱的內(nèi)容在用戶的所有設(shè)備都可以使用，了解詳情可參考《sharing a subscription across your apps》。
(2)認(rèn)可了虛擬貨幣等內(nèi)容的訂閱
Subscriptions may include consumable credits, gems, in-game currencies, etc., and you may offer subscriptions that include access to discounted consumable goods (e.g. a platinum membership that exposes gem-packs for a reduced price).
訂閱內(nèi)容可以包含可消費(fèi)的信用分、寶石、游戲內(nèi)貨幣等(譯者：類似于游戲的月卡、年卡服務(wù)?)，并且你可以在訂閱內(nèi)容中提供消費(fèi)品的折扣(比如一個鉑金級的會員再買包的時候可以享受折扣價)。
此前 App Store 還不認(rèn)可這些虛擬貨幣的訂閱，但支持訂閱提供折扣服務(wù)：
Subscriptions may not include consumable credits, gems, in-game currencies, etc., even when combined with other offerings, but you may offer subscriptions that include access to discounted consumable goods (e.g. a platinum membership that exposes gem-packs for a reduced price).
5. 新增了關(guān)于加密貨幣與 ICO 的條款 3.1.5(b) Cryptocurrencies(加密貨幣)
3.1.5 (b) Cryptocurrencies: Apps may facilitate transmission of approved virtual currencies (e.g. Bitcoin, DogeCoin) provided that they do so in compliance with all state and federal laws for the territories in which the app functions. Apps facilitating Initial Coin Offerings (“ICOs”), cryptocurrency futures trading, and other crypto-securities or quasi-securities trading must come from established banks, securities firms, futures commission merchants (“FCM”), or other approved financial institutions and must comply with all applicable law.
App 可以提供虛擬貨幣交易的功能(如比特幣、DogeCoin)，但這些需要有各地政府的許可。App 對 ICO(Initial Coin Offerings)的交易、期貨交易、其他加密貨幣、準(zhǔn)加密貨幣，都必須基于已建立的銀行、證券公司或者期貨傭金商(FCM)，或者其他經(jīng)過審批金融機(jī)構(gòu)，并且必須遵守所有適用的法律。
6. 條款 3.2.1 Acceptable (允許的商業(yè)模式)增加了對金融類產(chǎn)品資質(zhì)的規(guī)定
(viii) Apps used for financial trading, investing, or money management should come from the financial institution performing such services or must use a public API offered by the institution in compliance with its Terms & Conditions.
金融交易、投資或財務(wù)管理的 App 應(yīng)來自于執(zhí)行此類業(yè)務(wù)的金融機(jī)構(gòu)，或者必須使用由這些機(jī)構(gòu)的公開并有承諾條款的 API。
7. 縮減了條款 4.2.1 中關(guān)于 API 和 framworkds 的內(nèi)容
4.2.1 Apps should use APIs and frameworks for their intended purposes and indicate that integration in their app description. For example, the HomeKit framework should provide home automation services; and HealthKit should be used for health and fitness purposes and integrate with the Health app.
Apps usingARKit should provide rich and integrated augmented reality experiences; merely dropping a model into anAR view or replaying animation is not enough.
新版本規(guī)范刪除了前兩句(紅字部分)：「App 需要在描述中所指明的那樣去使用API和庫。例如，使用HomeKit提供家居自動化服務(wù);使用HealthKit用于在健康類App中?！?br />
8. 條款 4.2.6 詳細(xì)了對模板應(yīng)用的規(guī)定
4.2.6 Apps created from a commercialized template or app generation service will be rejected unless they are submitted directly by the provider of the app’s content. These services should not submit apps on behalf of their clients and should offer tools that let their clients create customized, innovative apps that provide unique customer experiences. Another acceptable option for template providers is to create a single binary to host all client content in an aggregated or “picker” model, for example as a restaurant finder app with separate customized entries or pages for each client restaurant, or as an event app with separate entries for each client event.
使用模板創(chuàng)建的 App 會被拒絕，除非它們是由 App 內(nèi)容提供商直接提交的。這些服務(wù)不應(yīng)該直接給他們的客戶提交 App，而是給他們的客戶提供工具來創(chuàng)造自己定制的、有創(chuàng)意的、能提供獨(dú)特用戶體驗(yàn)的 App。模板提供者可以做的是創(chuàng)建一個單一的二進(jìn)制文件，在一個匯總或 picker 模型中來管理所有客戶內(nèi)容，比如：一個發(fā)現(xiàn)飯店的 App，就可以給每個飯店提供獨(dú)立的入口或頁面;再比如一個活動類 App 可以給不同的客戶活動提供獨(dú)立的入口。

Apps offering VPN services must utilize the NEVPNManager API and must make a clear declaration of what user data will be collected and how it will be used. VPN apps must not violate local laws, and if you choose to make your VPN app available in a territory that requires a VPN license, you must provide your license information in the App Review Notes field.
提供 VPN 服務(wù)的 App 必須使用 NEVPNManager API，并且必須對「用戶數(shù)據(jù)將被收集與會被如何使用」有明確的聲明。VPN App 不得違反當(dāng)?shù)胤?，且如果你?VPN App 要在某個需要 VPN 許可證的地區(qū)發(fā)布，你必須在 App Review Notes 區(qū)域提交你的資質(zhì)證明。
